50 minutes or extended to 75 minutes
Experience one-on-one therapy with a therapist specifically tailored to your needs. This is your chance to pause, reflect, and receive support without judgment. At times, healing requires a bit more room to breathe. Longer sessions allow you and your therapist to dive deeper into your experiences without feeling rushed. With your therapist, you’ll explore your unique experiences and challenges at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Every session is designed with your needs in mind, helping you find clarity, healing, connection, and renewed hope.
