Hello! I’m Ravel, I have over 10 years of experience in pastoral counselling and psychotherapy, and I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s transitions. My practice is grounded in a holistic, culturally sensitive, and respectful approach, helping clients uncover strengths, build resilience, and reconnect with meaning and purpose.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy (Counselling and Spirituality) from Saint Paul University and a Master’s in Theology from the University of Toronto. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO and have provided clinical support at the Saint Paul University Counselling Centre and Capital Choice Counselling Group.

I work with clients across the lifespan, including children and adolescents, and have specialized training in Working with Children and Adolescents: Clinical Interventions for Contemporary Issues (Mental Health Academy, USA). I support clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and cultural or spiritual challenges. I am especially passionate about helping newcomers, students, and families navigating migration, identity, and adjustment.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending spiritually informed psychotherapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), always honoring each client’s unique story. I also facilitate discussion groups on wellness and spirituality, fostering growth, connection, and reflection.

Whether you are facing emotional challenges, relationship struggles, or seeking greater clarity and purpose, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore your journey. Together, we can uncover your strengths, foster healing, and move toward well-being, resilience, and inner peace. It would be my honour to walk alongside you on this path.
