Hello! I’m Patricia, As a therapist, my goal is to create a compassionate and collaborative space where individuals, couples, and families can explore their challenges and reconnect with their strengths, values, and sense of meaning. I believe that healing happens when we honor the whole person—including their cultural identity, life experiences, and spirituality. At Luminary Hope, I walk alongside clients as they navigate transitions, build resilience, and find renewed hope.

I hold a master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy with a specialization in Couple and Family Therapy from Saint Paul University, where I also completed an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences and Spirituality. My background includes additional training in Organizational Leadership and Intervention with People with Disabilities, as well as ongoing postgraduate studies in Autism and Behavioural Sciences at La Cité.

I support clients through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, divorce, self-esteem concerns, workplace stress, and life transitions. I have a special interest in supporting women through midlife and menopausal changes, as well as working with neurodiverse individuals, including those with autism and ADHD. I view each person’s story as unique and sacred, and I approach therapy with deep respect for diversity and lived experience.

My therapeutic style is integrative and strength-based, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Trilingual in French, English, and Swahili, I offer both in-person and online sessions to ensure accessibility and comfort.

Above all, I see therapy as a journey of light and hope—helping clients reconnect with themselves, their culture, and their inner wisdom to create a life that feels meaningful and whole.
